Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that shopping online can sometimes make it challenging to find the perfect fit, which is why we’ve designed a flexible returns policy to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a full refund to your original payment method.

Change of Mind & Fit

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand it can be hard to find the perfect fit online. If for any reason you’re not happy with your pyjamas, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll offer store credit for the full value of the item.

However, we won’t accept returns for the following:

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or marked in any way
  • Items without the original tags attached

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please return the original item in its original condition, and we will issue store credit within 7 business days. This store credit can be used to select the new size or a different style.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of a faulty item. To ensure your return is tracked and arrives safely, please send items back to us using registered post.
